Designed to monitor both local and remote equipment, the customizable system captures detailed equipment operation data such as voltage, pressure, fluid levels and temperature. Through our high-availability data center, RIO Sentry makes this valuable data securely accessible anywhere in the world that has Internet, cellular, radio, or satellite access.
Unlike other systems, which only provide alerts when the equipment is critically malfunctioning, Resource IO’s RIO Sentry system gives you early warnings that allow you to foresee potential issues before they become problems. Your employees receive alerts through your chosen communication method (cell phone, pager, text message or email) based on values for up to 70 parameters, and we escalate alerts “up the chain” until the issue is addressed. Beyond simply monitoring data, the software contains special algorithms to detect, analyze and interpret data based on your parameters to help diagnose problems, so employees can take the most accurate steps to correct issues.
