RIO Sentry Features
Powerful
- Allows up to 16 devices per monitoring RIO Sentry data capture device (must be connected via local bus)
- Monitors up to 70 parameters per piece of equipment – many more than other systems
- Built-in data analyzer scrutinizes data to interpret the results across multiple parameters to diagnose problems and act accordingly
- Remote monitoring and ability to act on large number of important equipment parameters
- Monitors service hours and sends notification when service is due
- GPS/General location tracking options
- Ability to send notifications on the lack of scheduled activity

Simplest and Most Cost-effective Solution Available
- Minimal wiring required to provide full monitoring capability
- Web-based software requires no installation and is easy to configure remotely
- Extremely affordable (the real question is, can you afford not to?)
Flexible and Customizable
- Includes the usual device alarms and allows configuration of a whole array of ‘soft’ parameters and pre-set warning levels
- Configurable response to early warnings and failures
- Custom systems/interfaces are available (i.e. power distribution per customer use)
- Flexible foundation makes it easy to add new features and create custom products
- Customizable reports, including equipment performance history, usage reports, service history, and other key information
- Flexible selection of monitoring computers including low power, fan-less, extreme conditions and DC-powered
High Availability Access and Control
- High availability data centers with failover support and redundant data connections provide reliable 24x7 access to data
- Full database storage of all database samples for diagnostic/forensic use
- Robust and reliable
Configurable, Escalating Alerts and Notifications
- Receive alerts and status worldwide, in your preferred format
- Local network access
- Web-connected PC or mobile phone browser
- E-mail
- Pager
- Text message
- Configurable event priority
- Persistent messaging provides continuous “escalating” alerts until the issue is resolved – if no response received from first point of contact for high-priority events, others are contacted until someone is reached who can take measures to address the issue. For example, if pressure drops to a pre-configured threshold of 100, RIO Sentry alerts a technician. If pressure continues to fall to 90, it alerts the technician’s boss. If the pressure gets down to 85, the system calls the area manager.
